Dick Charnock

Dick has been a licensed Real Estate Broker for over 30 years, and established REFSI 30 years ago. He is proficient in all areas of finance and has earned the respect of the Real Estate community. A Rotarian for over 25 years he is past president of his Rotary Club, served 8 years as Planning Commissioner and Chairman for 3 of them, member of his church Finance Board, and is very active in community organizations and activities. Has served in both U.S. Air Force and U.S. Army.

He has conducted financing workshops and seminars and is frequently hired as a consultant.

Patrick Charnock

PATRICK was raised in the San Francisco bay area but has been a San Diego resident for the past 12 years.

He is an alumni of San Diego State University and came to us with a background in sales and marketing and is proficient in all areas of real estate finance. His energy and commitment to excellence and personal service adds additional depth to the company and helps to round out our experienced staff.

Pat is the Vice Pres. & General Manager of our San Diego office.

Deborah Wassgren

Deborah has over 30 years experience in Real Estate, working in all aspects of the industry.

She holds a B.A. from Drake University, a Masters from University of Colorado, and is a member of numerous organizations.

“D.J.” is very knowledgeable and ready to solve any Real Estate mortgage or refinance problem.

Brian McNamara

Brian has a Masters Degree from the University of Southern California and has managed loan portfolios for 13 years. Having built homes on the coast, he can assist you with firsthand knowledge on Construction as well as purchase and refinance loans. With your financial goals in mind, his creative money saving options can be tailored to your needs. His knowledge of financial complexities makes the loan process quick and effortless. Forty years a coastsider, he is active in local church, children’s athletic and civic programs.

He is available for appointments weekdays as well as evenings and weekends.

Lori Wisner

LORI came to us after 21 years in the hospitality industry. She made a transition into the field of real estate in 1997 as an Administrative Assistant to a Venture Capitalist/Real Estate Investor. After seven years working in the Venture Capital world she entered the Real Estate Industry. After five years of experience in a local Real Estate office learning all facets of sales transactions we were fortunate to convince her to join us on the financing side of real estate early in 2009. We are fortunate to have her experience and expertise to round out our team of mortgage professionals.
